After 20 years supporting brands across packaging, point of sale, digital and marketing production, we’ve learned that great delivery is not just about creative output. It comes from clear briefs, smart process, reliable people, strong communication and the ability to keep complex work moving without unnecessary friction.
WHERE WE STARTED
(ORIGIN STORY)
Group 24/7 was founded in 2005 with a simple idea: bring together great people, do genuinely great work, and be the kind of agency clients actually enjoy working with. We started out in packaging, point of sale and advertising, quickly building a reputation for delivering quality work fast, with strong customer service, clear communication, and an ability to get things done without fuss.
None of the usual agency nonsense – no bloated process, no padded timelines, and no over-pricing – just smart, practical solutions and reliable delivery.
As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we. We’ve continually innovated, keeping our finger firmly on the pulse of technology, production and smarter ways of working. That evolution naturally led us into digital, video and broader content services – driven by real client needs, not trends.
Twenty years on, we’re still driven by the same principles:

"Great

"Straight-talking,

"Ongoing

"High-quality

"Long-term
WHAT WE’VE LEARNED (AND SOME WE KNEW ALREADY!)
With experience, certain patterns become very clear.
You learn that great outcomes rarely come from the loudest idea in the room. They come from listening properly, asking better questions, and understanding what a client is really trying to achieve – not just what needs to be delivered.
You also learn that strong relationships matter more than quick wins. The best work tends to come from long-term partnerships, where there’s trust, honesty and a shared commitment to getting things right, especially when things are complex or time is tight.
Simplicity is a competitive advantage – we know that simplicity isn’t about cutting corners – it’s about clarity. Clear thinking, straightforward processes and clean execution make everything work better. They reduce friction, save time and lead to better results.
Over time, you come to appreciate that tools and processes aren’t there to get in the way of creativity. Used well, they support it – helping teams work smarter, stay consistent and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
And perhaps most importantly, you learn that adaptability isn’t optional. The industry keeps changing, technology keeps moving, and expectations keep rising.
Staying curious, practical and open to better ways of working is what allows you to keep doing great work, year after year.
These aren’t abstract ideas. They’re things you only really learn by doing the work, solving real problems, and working closely with clients over the long term.
WHAT STILL DRIVES US (AND WHAT’S NEXT)
Twenty years on, we’re not motivated by doing more for the sake of it. What still drives us is doing the work properly – working with people we respect, solving real problems, and delivering outcomes that genuinely make a difference for our clients.
Certainly, we’re more experienced now, but thankfully we are just as curious as we were from Day 1. We’ve always been adopters of tools that genuinely improve how work gets done, and AI is no exception. Used responsibly, AI helps us improve efficiency, sharpen thinking, accelerate repetitive tasks and free up more time for higher-value work, but rest assured, the judgement.
At the same time, we’re clear on what technology can’t replace. Clients don’t want to work with robots they want to work with people. Judgement, creativity, collaboration and accountability still sit firmly with humans, and that’s exactly how we use AI and other technologies: as tools that support better thinking and delivery, not substitutes for experience or relationships.
We’re excited by what’s ahead, not because it’s new, but because it gives us better ways to do what we’ve always done well: collaborate closely, think clearly, and deliver work that stands up in the real world.
If the past twenty years have taught us anything, it’s that good ideas matter – but how you work, who you work with, and how reliably you deliver matter just as much. That’s what we’ll keep focusing on as we move forward.
If you’ve worked with us over the years – thank you!
And if you’re new to Group 24/7, we’d love to start a conversation and see how we can help.
